2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

After successful payment confirmation, we will carry out final product inspection and package arrangement. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days excluding weekends and Hong Kong statutory public holidays. Any unexpected delay due to stock shortage will be notified to buyers via registered email promptly. All goods are shipped directly from mainland China warehouse to global destinations, no local overseas warehouse storage.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Actual delivery period varies by destination and international logistics conditions:
• United Kingdom & European Union Countries: Around 7–20 working days after dispatch;
• Hong Kong Local Orders: Around 3–7 working days after dispatch;
• Other global regions: 10–30 working days subject to local customs clearance efficiency. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, bad weather or carrier contingency are out of our controllable scope.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcel Handling

Once parcel loss or severe transit damage is confirmed by logistics provider, we will arrange reshipment or full refund for customers. Buyers must contact our customer service within 7 days after expected delivery date and provide order information for verification. Refused delivery without reasonable cause by buyer cannot apply for free resend or full compensation.
