Return Policy

I. 14-Day Unconditional Return
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging;

Any accompanying box, tags, accessories, etc. must be returned;

The product must not be resaleable.

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

Products are visibly used or worn;

Products have been returned after the 14-day return period;

Products not purchased through our official website (jiqiantrades.com).

II. Return Process

Please email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return, providing your order number and product photos.

We will review and respond with the return address and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Please properly package the item and return it. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility (if there are any quality issues, we will cover the return shipping).

Once the item has been returned and there are no quality issues, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment account.

III. Exchange Policy
If the item you received is not the correct size or you would like to exchange it for a different style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. The exchange process is the same as for returns, and we will process it based on stock availability.

IV. Quality Issue Handling
If the item you received has obvious quality issues or was sent the wrong style or size, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and attach photos of the problem. We will verify the issue and provide a free exchange or full refund.
