2. General Return Eligibility Rules

• Goods for non-defect return must remain unused, unmarked, complete with original shoe boxes, brand tags and full accessories in resalable condition.
• Colour deviation caused by screen difference or shooting lighting is not a manufacturing defect and cannot apply for free return.
• Items damaged artificially, worn heavily, modified or stained cannot be returned or refunded.
• All return requests need to be submitted via our official support email.

3. Defective / Wrong Item Returns

If items arrive faulty, damaged or mismatched with your order, please contact us within 7 calendar days upon receipt with relevant photos or videos as proof. We support free exchange, full refund or free return shipment for confirmed quality or delivery mistakes, all related return freight borne by our company.

4. Special Terms for UK Customers

UK shoppers enjoy statutory 14-day cooling-off right after goods delivery under UK law for no-reason cancellation:
1. Inform us your cancellation decision via email within 14 days after receiving goods.
2. Send back intact items within another 14 days after your cancellation notice.

5. Terms for Hong Kong & Other Global Buyers

For customers in Hong Kong and other countries outside UK, returns follow Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance. Only defective, incorrect delivered goods qualify for free return service. If you need to return products due to personal preference such as unsuitable size, you shall take charge of all return shipping expenses.

6. Import Duty & Tax Notice

All destination country import duties, customs tax and clearance fees for international parcels are payable by recipient. Our company will not reimburse any customs cost incurred during returning or reshipping.

7. Refund Arrangement

After we receive and inspect returned items successfully, refunds will be issued in 3~14 working days via original payment channel. Actual fund arrival time depends on your payment provider’s settlement schedule.
